Schedule the Mechanical/Structural first, then attempt to get the WDI inspection performed during the same time period.

We recommend you contact your Inspector to re-inspect any negotiated repairs.  As Realtors,  we are not licensed to inspect repair issues.  Please be sure to satisfy yourself on repairs prior to closing.
